Sensie Alaa Sultan

                           

Was Born in the City of Alexandria,

Egypt on December 12th,1969.

 

Began Karate lessons at the Sporting

Olympic Club in June of 1979.

Alexandria sporting Olympic Club was

an affiliated Dojo with the Egyptian Traditional Shotokan Karate Federation (ETKF). The  Chief Instructor at the time

was a Black belt named Ahmed noseer.

 

Represented Alexandria State in September

of 1981 at the ETKF State National

Championship Achieving a silver medal

in kata and a silver medal in Kumite

(Kyu level blue belt).

Received Shodan (1st Degree Black Belt)

on August 24th, 1984 under Sensei Okamoto.

 

joined the national team under Sensei

hideki Okamoto 1986.

 

appointed High School center county

assistant instructor in 1987.

 

Joined The Egyptian Air Force Academy

in September 1987 and graduated in

July 1990, and was appointed Assistant  

karate team instructor for 3 years.

 

placed 2nd place team Kata in 1990.  

 

Received Nidan (2nd Degree Black Belt)

on February 26th, 1990 Cairo, Egypt

under Sensei Sensei hideki Okamoto.

Represented Alexandria in JAN of 1992

at the ETKF National Championship in

Egypt placed 1st Kata and 2nd Kumite.

1992-1996 trained in USA, Minnesota,

Minneapolis under Sensei Fusaro.

 

Received Sandan (3rd Degree Black Belt) on September 9,1996 under Sensie Fusaro.

1996-2003 Moved to Canada, Manitoba,   

Winnipeg, attended many seminars

under Sensei Yutaka Yaguchi. 

Placed 1st in Kata and 2nd in Kumite

at the 1998 Manitoba Provincial tournament.

 

Represented Manitoba in October of 1999

 at the ISKF Canadian National

Championship in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Placed in the top 10 competitors

(Kata Division) for Canada.

Placed 1st in Kata at the 2002 ISKF

Manitoba Provincial Tournament.

Received Yondan (4th Degree Black Belt)

on may 16th, 2002 under Sensei Yaguchi.

Received C Class Kenshusei

(Certified Instructor / Examiner / Judge Program)

from Sensei Richard Amos on November 8th, 2002.

Manitoba in October of 2002 at the ISKF

Canadian National Championship in Vancouver.

Back to Egypt February 2nd, 2003. 

 

2006 started to train only my kids at the age of 3 .

 

2009 founding the Karate heroes Academy

which started only with my 4 kids who are

now a Black Belt (1st Dan) among many others.

2010 bought our own building in King

Marriott Area inAlexandria City, Egypt.

2011 received Godan (5th Black Belt).

2012 Received B Class (Certified Instructor

/ Examiner / Judge Program).

2012-2018 teaching Children, Juniors, and

Seniors at Karate Heroes Academy with the

help of my 3 sons and my daughter who are

national champions in Egypt

achieving 1st places in Kata and Kumite.

 

The Academy named after them more over they

are preparing now for Nidan (second Black Belt).
