Method of payments

Payments and fees can be paid either online or cash.

Online payments is paid by PayPal& credit cards.

Cash payments can be paid by banking checks.

Types of payments

payments is due before the start of the class.

Non members payments is based on monthly basis.

Silver membership is based on quarterly payments.

Gold membership is paid every 6 months and.

Premium membership is paid annually (2 installments).

Champions membership is paid annually (2 installments).

KHA Registration fees

A100 pounds one time payments.

Annual fees

A 100 pounds paid every 12 months.

Federation fees

A 250 pounds paid every June.

Grading& rankings fees

A 250 Pounds for beginners.

A 300 pounds for intermediates.

A 450 pounds for Advanced.

Tournaments fees

A 500 for kata

A 500 for kumite

Additional fees

Uniform, Accessories, camps, seminars or private classes

are extra fees and not refundable under any circumstances.

Late fees penalty

A charge of 25 pounds will be charged for each additional day per student.

late fees should be paid with the monthly advance fees or will be detucted.

Rules of Dojo

Please wear a white color Karategi before coming.

Please take off your shoes before entering the Dojo.

Please bow toward the front of dojo with OOS.

Please sign in each time you attend the class.

Please make sure you bring enough water.

Please make sure your Gi is clean and neat.

Please fix your GI Quickly while training by turning away.

Please come on time, keep quiet until you start.

Please note that Oss is a respect phrase for all time.

Please don't leave the dojo without permission.

Please raise your hand if you don't feel well.

Please report if you are under medication or fasting.

Please Let Sensei aware of any medical condition changes.

Please update Sensei of any contact details changinged.

Please keep fingers and toes nails clean and short.

Please note that loud talking& sparring is not allowed.

Please leave your valuables at home.

please wear a white T-Shirt under the gi (females).

please note that dismissal from class is not questionable.

Please note that black belt is called sempai.

please call the chief instructor sensei and not other names.

Please report any injuries or any physical changes.

Please be aware that food, drinks are not allowed.

Please not that children are their family responsibility.

Please remove your belt before leaving.

Please note that mobiles and cameras are not allowed

during classes, only before or after classes only.

Teaching or instructing karate to others is restricted

either inside or outside the dojo unless approved.

fighting or using karate out side the dojo is restricted

unless you defend yourself and will be invistigated.

Refund policy

There are no refunds for any classes once the

session has begun (see Withdrawal Policy below).

Students who do not attend one or more sessions

of a class are not due a "partial" refund. All sales

are final after the start of the first class of the session.

Withdrawal Policy

If class is cancelled by KHA then student will receive

a FULL refund.

If the student withdraws before the start of the 1st

class then they will receive a FULL refund minus a 25

EGP processing fee.

If a student withdraws after the 1st class then credit

will be given (see Credit Policy below).

If a student withdraws after 2nd class: No refund or credit

will be given.Workshops / Seminars / Tournaments / Belt

Exams no refund or credit will be given.

Credit Policy

credit will be given for any refund request up to 30 days

from the original date of sale (not the class start date).

Credit applies to any service offered by KHA of equal or

lesser value. Any additional price difference must be paid

prior to the student participating in the class. Credit may

not be used to purchase merchandise. Any credit not used

within a 6 month period will expire. No exceptions.

Credit that is issued for ANY reason is valid for a 6 month

period only. No Exceptions. After the 60 day period the credit

is no longer valid.

Credit given for any program that operates during the school

year (September - May) can *not* be applied to any Summer

Camp programs including our all-day camps.

For session to session a 24 hours is required

A normal karategi and white belt is required for beginners.

For intermediate or advanced course a professional

karategi is required.

members are asked to pay either monthly, quarterly,

cancel any time with a written notice of 30

days before cancelation .

A minimum of 24 classes is required for each belt

except advanced belt are required a minimum of

48 classes befor ubdating belts.

falling to attend the minimum disqualify you for

upgrading or grading.

Failing the exam requires at least another 24 classes

or 3 months before testing, failing the exam again

or not attending the minimum expose you to

dismissal from KHA.

KHA requires a written reason for absence.

a written excuse has to be approved by

the Chief instructor& only one absence per

month is permitted if approved, otherwise

the absent classes fees are not refundable

under any circumstances.

private courses is based on monthly, quarterly,

or annually set package.

A minimum of 8 classes per month is required

for grading, ranking and tournaments.

missed classes can be rescheduled during the

curent months only otherwise it is countable.

only one missed class is permitted if approved.

Private classes fees is 200 pound per class of 1.5 hours.

a 5% discount is given for each additional member.

Additional members is not required to be family member.

Private students are exempt from paying annual and

REG. fees.

grading, rankings, camping, seminars and tournaments

fees are applied.

Private students are not allowed to practice with any

other karate schools or any other instructors outside KHA

dojo or its instructors. failing to do so expose you for

termination and nonrefundable fees will be applied.

Grading& rankings outside Kha is not permitted

unless a written approval from chief instructor is given.
