Method of payments Payments and fees can be paid either online or cash. Online payments is paid either by paypal or credit cards. Cash payments is paid by cash or by banking checks. Types of payments Non members payments is due before the start of the class. Non members payments is based on monthly basis in advance. Silver membership is based on quarterly payments in advance. Gold membership is paid every 6 months and in advance. Premium membership is paid annually (2 installments) in advance. Champions membership is paid annually (2 installments) in advance. KHA Regestiration fees A100 pounds one time payments. Annuall fees A 100 pounds paide every 12 months. Federation fees A 250 pounds paid every june. Grading& rankings fees A 250 Pounds for beginners. A 300 pounds for intermediats. A 450 pouns for Advanced. Tournaments fees Additional fees Uniform, Accessories, caps, seminars or private classes are extra fees and not refundable under any circumstances.

Dent of karate Please wear a white color Karategi before coming. Please take off your shoes before entering the Dojo. Please bow tward the front of dojo with OOS. Please sign in each time you attend the class. Please make sure you have enough water before training. Please make sure your Gi is clean and in good condition. Please fix your GI Quickly while training by turning away. Please come on time, keep quiet until you enter the dojo. Please note that Oss or uss is a respect phrase for all time. Please don't leave the dojo without permission. Please raise your hand if you don't feel well or for permission. Please report if you are under medication, fasting or don't feel well. Please Let Sensei aware of any medical condition changes. Please update admins or Sensei of any contact details changines. Please keep fingers and toes nails clean and short. Please note that loud talking or sparring is not allowed. Please leave your valuables at home and jewleres are not worn. please wear a white T-Shirt under the GI (females only). please note that dismissal from class is not questionable. Please note that black belt is called sempai. please call the cheif instructor sensei and not other names. Please report any injuries or any physical changes. Please be aware that food, drinks are not allwoed. Please not that children are their family responsbility. Please remove your belt before leaving. Please note that mobiles and cameras are not allowed during classes. its permitted before or after classes only.

Members are able to terminate their membership any time but a thirty days written notice is required. non members are required to report termination 48 hours before. A minimum of 24 classes is required for each belt except advanced belt are requireded a minimum of 50 classes. falling to attend the minimum disqualify you for upgrading Failing the exam requires at least another 24 classes or 3 months before testing, failing the exam again or not attending the miniumm expose you to dimissal from KHA. please see the link of testing and grading.

KHA requires a written reason for absence and it has to be approved by the Cheif instructor. only one absence per month is permited if approved, otherwise the absenent classes fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

private courses is based on monthly, quarterly, or annually. A minimum of 8 classes per month is required for grading. missed classes can be reschadualed during the months only otherwise it is countable and charged. only one missed class is permitted. Private classes fees is 200 pound per class of 1.5 hours. a 10% discount is given for each additional member. Additional memembers is not required to be family memebers. Private students are exempt from paying annuall and REG. fees. grading, rankings, campings, seminars and tournements fees are applied. Private students are not allowed to practice with any other karate schools or any other instructors outside KHA dojo or its instructors. failing to do so expose you for termination and nonrefundable fees will be applied. Grading& rankings outside Kha is not permited unless a written approval from chief instructor is given.
